Things to try
Try plugging the IPad into a different outlet.
The cord should be plugged into a charging block. Try a different charging block.
Try to reboot the IPad by holding down on the button on the top left corner for 3 seconds. The screen will let you swipe to turn it off. Wait 10 seconds and turn it back on.
If the IPAd is still not charging it may be necessary to remove the unit from the kiosk in order to make sure the issue is not with the cord or the connection inside the kiosk. Please watch this short video on how to remove the iPad from the casing.
