Once all sales and prizes have been entered to date from the dashboard by the person servicing the machine, it is time to enter the information in the Service Machine screen on the POS.

Only users with administration permissions will have the ability to enter information into the Service Machine audit screen.

First let's take a look at the service machine screen.

Any prior service machine audit information is shown in the WAS column on the game card.

Current Service Machine information (sales and prizes) are displayed in the Applying Column.

The Total column will show the combined totals of the WAS and APPLYING columns.

On the right hand side of the Service Machine screen is displayed:

The Drawer Cash Bank
Prior Unreimbursed Balance - meaning if there were prizes from the last service machine audit not paid back to the drawer, that amount will show here.
Unreimbursed prizes is the amount from the current service machine audit that have not yet been reimbursed to the drawer.
Opening drawer total is the amount of cash that should currently be in the drawer.
Drawer Reimbursement is the amount of prizes from each game currently being reimbursed for the current service machine audit.
New Drawer Total - This is the sum of the Opening Drawer total + any Drawer Reimbursements from the current Service Machine Audit.
New Reimbursement - This is will be the total that still needs to be reimbursed to the drawer. This amount will change when reimbursements are entered into the game cards for the current service machine audit. The total reimbursement for all games is then entered in the Drawer Reimbursement box.
