The game is removed from play below the initial start bank with no reserve bank to borrow from. For example, let's say a game opened with a start bank of $500. The game was played, removed, and now is $200 under bank. The Gambling Manager is informed by the seller that there is now only $300 available for the next game's start bank. The Gambling Manager reimburses the start bank with a $200 check at the premise and enters the information in the CGME web application bank register.

This is how to enter the real world information into the POS system:

When putting the next game into play there will only be $300 available for it's start bank until a reimbursement check is brought to the premise. In the Put Game into Play screen $300 would be entered. The system will know this amount because the prior game closed with only $300 left in the cash drawer.
When the reimbursement check is brought to the site it must be added to the new game's cash drawer, then the game's start bank by holding down on the game name on the Dashboard and selecting Increase/Decrease in Play Game Bank from the game pop up menu.
Enter the desired amount of cash in the Increase an In-Play Game Bank screen. Be sure to verify the serial number this will apply against shows in the grey box. Hit SAVE when the entries are complete.
To reimburse the negative game and remove it from the web application POS tab go to Cash Bank History in the menu of the iPad and select the yellow plus button.
Select Reimburse Bank from Negative Game from the pop up menu.
The Reimburse Bank from Negative game screen will display with the game information.
Check the box or boxes, verify the total cash, and select save.
Use the right and left arrows on the slide to toggle between different screen views.
