When removing a game from play the last shift audit long/short can be applied to the game if desired. The entire amount of the long/short can be applied, or only a smaller portion of the total long/short.

Above the game card displayed is red text with recommendations on the long/short amount that could be applied to the game being removed from play.

In our example in the slide the red text recommends applying -$137 long/short to the game being removed in order to fully remove the long/short balance carried from the last shift audit.

To do so is a simple process. In our example take the net receipts of $916 and apply the -$137 long/short recommended from the red text. This will leave $779 to enter in the CASH box on the game card. You will see the -$137 appear in the L/S box on the game card.

Once you are satisfied with the entries on the game card click on SAVE and PRINT. The screen will display the preliminary audit. Click on PRINT. The preliminary audit will printout and game will then be fully removed from play.
