1. Put into play the game serial number that originally was supposed to be put into play. Then remove it from play right away using the ending numbers (weights and prizes) that were incorrectly associated with the game that was put into play by mistake. Keep in mind that you will not be able to remove from inventory or make a deposit towards a game that was put into play by mistake in the POS or the CG Made Easy web application.

2. Take all the printed prize receipts and change the serial number with a pen to the correct serial number.

3. If the incorrect game was played all the way through and removed from play, go to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner and select INVENTORY.

a. Select the REMOVED tab.

b. Modify the FROM and TO dates so the game can be located in the removed games list.

c. Locate the serial number for the game that was put into play and removed by mistake.

d. Put the game back into play using the half circle with arrow icon.

4. Leave the game put into play by mistake in pre-removed status with no box number until it is ready to officially be put into play. Once you are ready to put this game back into play, go to Modify Game Details and assign a box number. Do a shift change audit and remove all the prizes and put the tickets back to where they are all unsold. Check the games cash bank history and adjust if needed. This will allow you to replay the game like normal.
